  Dean was very friendly to deal with. Went with company due to their written warranty on the website. They installed the seawall in March 2014. In July 2016, we noticed the wall beginning to collapse (fail). We called immediately to let them know. Within a month, and no response by Deans, a portion of the seawall completely failed and fell into the pond where it still sits today in 2018. Deans is refusing to stand behind the warranty for the wall. After complete failure of that portion of the wall another portion began failing in Feb 2017. Again Dean was notified and it took several months to get them out May and June of 2017. They only repaired the newly failed seawall. The other portion is still laying in the pond. Within a couple months after repairing part of the wall, another part began failing in Sept 2017. They have not returned my calls on this issue nor responded to emails. A complaint was filed with the BBB, however Dean did not respond to that either.
  Their sales talk is cheap. It is clearly BS. They clearly do not honor their warranty or stand behind their work. The pictures below showing the seawall in the water is the part they refuse to fix. The picture that shows the buckling wall is what happened in September 2017 and it is only getting worse.
  Very disappointed. Definitely do not recommend them.
